Below are the questions homeowners ask us most.
Many don't, but we do. We install roofs, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia, so one company handles the whole exterior and every place where those pieces meet.
It depends on the wall area, the number of stories, the siding product, how much old siding and rotted wood has to come off, and the trim around windows and doors. We price it after a free visit and give you a written estimate.
Often, yes. We fix storm damaged and loose sections regularly. Matching color and profile on older siding can be hard, so we check what is available and tell you honestly whether a good match is possible.
Not always. Gutters in good shape and properly pitched can often go back up. If they sag, leak or are too small for the roof, replacing them with the roof makes sense because the new drip edge and gutters can be fitted together.
Five inch seamless gutters suit most homes. Six inch gutters carry more water and are a good choice for large or steep roofs that send a lot of runoff to one spot. We install both and recommend a size in your estimate.
Fascia is the board along the roof edge where the gutters attach. Soffit is the panel under the overhang that closes it off and often has vents for attic airflow. We wrap fascia with .024 gauge fascia metal and install new soffit.
It may, if wind, hail or a fallen tree caused the damage. We document it with photos and a report and work with your adjuster, often alongside a roof claim from the same storm.
We install James Hardie fiber cement siding and Mastic vinyl siding, including Mastic Quest Dutch lap and Mastic Ovation.
