What roofing services do you offer in Pittsburgh?
We inspect, repair, replace and install roofs on homes and commercial buildings. That includes shingle, slate and flat roofs, plus gutters, siding, soffit and fascia. Every service on this page links to its own page with more detail.
Are your inspections and estimates free?
Yes. We look at the roof in person, take photos and give you a written estimate that explains what we recommend and why, at no cost.
How much does a new roof cost in Pittsburgh?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the material, how many layers come off and whether decking needs to be replaced. We do not quote over the phone because those details change the price. Your free estimate lists every line.
What is the 25% rule for roofing?
Some states have a building code rule that requires replacing a whole roof section when more than 25% of it is damaged or repaired. Pennsylvania does not have a statewide 25% rule. Your insurance policy and the condition of the roof matter more here, and we explain both during your inspection.
Do you work on commercial and flat roofs?
Yes. We are MuleHide certified and install MuleHide .060 EPDM rubber, MuleHide 2 ply low slope systems and MuleHide silicone coatings on apartment buildings, storefronts, churches and rowhouses.
Do you install siding and gutters too?
Yes. We install siding, seamless gutters and downspouts, soffit and fascia, often on the same project as a new roof, so one company is responsible for the whole exterior.
Do you help with storm damage insurance claims?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and a written report, meet with your adjuster when needed and handle the repair or replacement once the claim is approved.
Do you work in the winter?
Yes. We work all winter when conditions allow. Cold weather does not stop most repairs, and we schedule full replacements around the forecast.
