Why Pittsburgh Roofs Need Repairs
Our weather finds every weak spot. Snow melts during the day, runs under a loose shingle and freezes again at night, pushing the gap a little wider each cycle. Ice builds at the eaves and backs water up under the first rows. Summer storms bring wind and hail, and mature trees drop limbs and clog gutters.

What is the 25% rule for roof repairs?
Some states require replacing a whole roof section once more than a quarter of it needs repair. Pennsylvania has no statewide 25% rule, but insurance policies can still affect what gets repaired or replaced. We explain what applies during the inspection.
Does homeowners insurance cover roof repairs?
Insurance often covers sudden damage from wind, hail or a fallen tree. It usually doesn't cover normal wear or long term neglect. We document storm damage with photos and a report and work with your adjuster on the claim.
